TSR Compliance, Do Not Call List
DialTeks predictive dialing system complies with
the Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) that
restricts "abandoned" marketing calls. By definition,
an outbound call is "abandoned" if a person answers it
and the telemarketer does not connect the call to a sales representative
within two seconds. DialTek ensures your abandonment rate does not
exceed 3% (full compliance) or at any customer specified threshold
lower than 3%
"Do Not Call" legislation has created
a national Do Not Call database. Telemarketers must maintain lists
of people that have asked not to be contacted by those companies.
Customers can upload both the federal and their company specific
Do Not Call lists, and can exclude these contacts from the outbound
call list.
Some entities are exempt from the Do Not
Call List: collections agencies, organizations with established
relationship with the contacts person, non-profits, and political
fundraisers.
